25th ANNIVERSARY SPECIAL EDITION MINISTAR CASTAR  Muse, Inc. is celebrating 25 years in the music business. Ken Kim, president and CEO of Muse, Inc. started his company in 1987. With corporate headquarters in Incheon, Korea, Ken soon branched out with facilities in mainland China, and was one of the very first entrepreneurs to have foreign ownership of a business there. Long respected as an OEM manufacturer for many well known brand names, Ken also offers his own Alden brand of conventional guitars. In 2007, Ken paired with designer Bob Wiley in developing the Ministar line of guitars which he believes is the practical guitar design of the future.  In order to celebrate this 25 years of producing the finest in quality and innovative design for the world-wide guitar market, Muse is introducing the 25th Anniversary Special Edition Ministar Castar.  Special attention to every detail has been painstakingly pursued, resulting in a truly innovative instrument that offers the very best in Quality, Appearance and Performance. The platform of this Special Edition Castar is made from hand- selected Hard Rock Maple, and the beautiful polished Sunburst finish allows the quality of the wood grain to be seen. This continuous piece of maple extends from the bridge to the end of the headstock, providing incredible sustain. Every aspect of string vibration has been taken into account, and there are adjustments for string height at the 1st fret, and height, length (for intonation,) and spacing for each string at the beautifully machined “buzz-proof” bridge. Once set, each saddle can be locked for maximum sustain and rattle-free performance The Vibrato can be set to Float, Dive-Bomb or Hardtail, and always returns to pitch. An easily accessible Neck Tension Rod is provided for the perfect action. All up weight is 3 lbs.  Three Ministar Custom Design Single Coil Pickups with individual Alnico magnets produce the truest sound possible, and deliver increased signal output over conventional designs. A 5-way Switch allows quick selection of the desired tone, and the output exits through a convenient Stacked Volume/Tone Control. A Built-In Headphone Amp is included that allows the player to practice or monitor his performance through the included quality earbuds.
